Summary: Very welcoming reception, and extremely comfortable, spacious rooms all with wither a patio (ground floor) or balcony. We'll certainly stay there again.

Summary: I love this hotel. This is the second time I've stayed here. The reason I gave it a 4-Star was that the fridge was not very cold despite having it at the coldest setting. I was able to get from the bar. There was no resistance, and the staff is always friendly. I'll be staying here again for all my Bruges and Ghent visits.

Summary: When we checked in, the reception member of staff was not particularly friendly or welcoming. It was late, we asked we could get any food and his response was no, you can get food sent in but I’ve never used it!

Summary: Nice hotel with free parking just outside. The hotel bar and restaurant were also really nice. We recommend both the fish&chips, truffle pasta, bolognese and steak. Would love to come back again.
